I think they’re drawing similarities between training Eleven and MK Ultra experiments in episode 4. Also, I’ve heard it in previous episodes and maybe it’s just my brain picking it up, but I hear a similar set of tones they keep playing periodically that remind me of the musical tones from Close Encounters of the Third Kind on the mountain top. Maybe it’s just me though. ❤️
