Gay marriage wasn't legal in 2003 when the the outbreak started. Seattle was an area like San Francisco that was important in the gay rights movement. Loved the reaction!!

2025-05-05 17:41:22 +0000 UTCWhat is really interesting to me is that I felt the same way as Roxy when I played the second game (I felt that the game could really struggle at times to fill the void left by Joel's death) but I think that the show does a better job because it can actually use perspectives beyond just Ellie and Abby's. By allowing us to see things directly from the seraphites perspective (we got to see a bit of them in the last episode as a group of them were trying to flee conflict and get away from the more extremists of their people as well as from the WLF) and from the WLF's (through Isaac in this episode). It is keeping me more invested minute to minute than the game did (which I still loved overall but felt way more stretched out and bloated than the first game)
