Great reaction! Here's a bit of clarification on what's going on. In the second movie, Ali from the second movie, Hunter's half sister and her boyfriend discover that there is a ritual where you can sacrifice your first born boy in each generation in a exchange for wealth and power. In this movie, we find out that Katie and Kristi's grandma is the leader of a coven of witches that are part of the generational pact. It's why when the grandma Lois is talking to Julie she brings up her having a big family and always wanting a boy. In the second movie Hunter is the first first-born boy in several generations and in order for grandma Lois to keep her wealth and riches and pass it on in her coven she has to make sure either Katie or Kristi's first born is sacrificed to Tobi.
As I'm typing this you guys are working it all out on camera! LOL. But I'll keep it. Keep watching the series as four and five are still in the same universe. So is 6, but 6 sux! It's where you actually see Tobi which completely takes away the mystery and mystique that makes the first five so terrifying. That being said, The Ghost Dimension (6) does tie up the whole story.
Again, great reaction. Your tension and anxiety is palpable on screen.

Takes place where I live, up here in good ol' Santa Rosa but was shot in Northridge.
Also watch the trailer for this movie now that you've seen it. You can see the clever marketing they did to bait and switch some scenes so you don't spoil the real scares and reveals. Very smart move.
