First time member long time reject, joined just for this movie, I hadn't seen it until watching it along with you guys. I saw the thumbnail on YouTube, and I should've taken the warning because I bawled my eyes out.

This is such a great film, it just captures such a rawness to life. And the voice acting is amazing. Brightbill is voice acted by Kit Connor who is a star in Heartstopper, which I really recommend if you enjoyed HSMTMTS

I saw this in theaters 4 times and cried every time. I absolutely love this movie. Lupita as the Robot (not Cynthia Orivo lol) did such a great job and Catherine O’Hare was hysterical as the possum mom 🤣

Great reaction! The movie was so sad and but had so much hope and life lessons. I feel like adults will appreciate it more than kids. I took my 8 year old sister to see the movie in theatres and she liked it, but I absolutely loved it. The emotions got to me
Pedro was great and so Lupita
And Kit Connor was amazing. I’ve seen him in the Netflix show Heartstopper (which id recommend a reaction to one day maybe). He’s British and his American accent was so good. He’s currently on Broadway right now with Rachel Zegler. He’s only only 20. He did a great job as Brightbill
Also the comedy was on point. I was laughing a lot.
This was based on a book series from 2016. And the director is actually very prestigious in animation. He made the how to train your dragons movies, Mulan, lilo and stitch. He also wrote/helped write the lion king. So you definitely know his work even if you don’t know the name
Also you missed a post credit scene. But it was just a comedic thing

This has to be one of the greatest animated movies of the last decade at least. So beautiful in so many ways.
