What most people think is fake but was actually quite real was the scene where Nancy got thrown across the room. That was real, and she actually got thrown so hard the Perron family, and The Warrens thought she was dead. At one point the Perrons said in an interview that the real events were 10x scarier than the movies. Loved the reaction!
