イラストの流出問題について - The Problem of My Stolen Content

私のイラストが無断で配布されている件について今まであえて触れてませんでしたが、あまりにも報告が多いので今回記事を書くことにしました。今後の活動に関わることなので支援者の方に知ってほしいです。

知らない方もいるかもしれませんが、私の有料イラストが無断で配布・販売されています。Patreonの投稿が不正にアクセスされて流出しているのですが、対策の方法がないのが現状です。DMCA（著作権侵害の申し立て）を行っても全く効果がありません。Patreon側の立場としては、クリエイターの自己責任として無視している状況です。

いつも仕事終わりにイラストを作るのですが、寝る時間を削って投稿した作品が配布されているのを見ると本当に悲しくなります。投稿の数を増やしても支援者が増えないので、モチベーションがとても下がります。なにより一番辛いのが、お金を払ってイラストを見てくださっている方が損をすることです。

以前から他のPatreonクリエイターの方たちと相談していたのですが、個人のサイトに誘導して有料のイラストやゲームを配信する方法があるようです。Patreonのプランに応じて閲覧できる記事を自動で割り当てる機能も導入できるため、それに移行する予定です。ただ、大量の画像を専用サーバーに送ることになり、有料のプラグインなども使う必要があります。チャットGPTによるとこれらの条件を満たすと毎月8万円ほど費用がかかる見込みです。支援金を費用に充てることでなんとか運営はできると思います。

今後の活動についてですが、しばらくはDiscordで支援者のみが有料イラストを閲覧できる状態にします。しかしそれも長くは続かないと思うので、「支援者のみが参加できる会員制のウェブサイト」が完成次第、お知らせします。

For those of you who may not be aware, my paid illustrations are being distributed and sold without my permission. My Patreon posts are being leaked, but there is no way to counteract this. I've been filing DMCA many times, but to no effect at all. Patreon's position is that the creators are responsible for their own actions and are ignoring the situation.

I always make illustrations after work, and it really saddens me when I see my works are being distributed on internet. No matter how many posts I make, the number of supporters does not increase. It makes me very unmotivated. The most painful thing is that the people who pay to see my illustrations lose money. I feel really sorry for my supporters.

I have been discussing this problem with other Patreon creators for a while, and it seems that there is a way to distribute paid illustrations or games by directing people to my personal website. I can also implement a feature that automatically assigns membership according to your Patreon tier, and I plan to move to that. However, a large number of images need to be sent to a dedicated server. Also, I have to pay plugins monthly. According to Chat GPT, the estimated cost about 550$ per month. I think I can barely manage to operate the site by allocating subscription money to cover the costs.

As for future activities, for the time being, only supporters will be able to view paid illustrations on my Discord. However, I don't think that will last long, so as soon as the “membership only website” is completed, I will let you know.
