How can I do better?

Pledges end for all sorts of reasons, but this is one that I see from time to time when leaving Patrons complete an exit survey.

If you do feel this way, please please consider leaving me a comment or message with your thoughts on what you felt I could have done to be more 'active', alternatively how active you expected me to be.

I want to make 2 things: High quality content and happy Patrons.
I'm always keen to know if/when I'm going wrong, because...

KNOWING IS HALF THE BATTLE!

Take care, keep in touch, have wonderful weekends.

EDIT: Thankyou guys, very much, for the feedback.  Some really solid ideas/points raised.  I'll be taking this all onboard and hope to address most, if not all, of your replies this week.

Thankyou again guys.

I'd agree. The daily sketches are nice, but I like the renders with fur, and that's probably what kills production time.

i like the increase in posts, maybe can be a bit more catty, or nylons with paws

Your work is exquisite, and I can't say that I'm dissatisfied, but I think I'll echo the sentiments shared by quite a few already in that spreading your uploads out through the month would probably satisfy the people who feel like you're not active. Most other patreons I support upload on a more weekly schedule, often sharing WIPs to keep the flow of content going. Additionally, since you often have multiple sequences or projects ongoing at any one time, any patron has to wait to the end of the month to find out if their favorite will be among the monthly uploads, and that could probably breed some dissatisfaction. But, like others have also already said, if weekly uploads would disrupt your workflow, then you don't need to change anything.

Honestly, someone who complains about how active you are simply hasn't read what they were paying for, or don't get the difficulty of what you're doing. IMHO, you don't even need to do the daily sketch thing, it's already great as it is.

i think youre doing fine, Id like to see the continuation of active sequences like Totally wild and other established things more often then just once a month, but not knowing how the sausage is made I understand if it simply takes time.

The quality you put out one burst at the end of the month is unmatched in my eyes, and is ALWAYS worth the wait. The only thing you could change would be putting it out in smaller doses throughout the month unless that would reduce the quality. You are the reason I started using Patreon dude!

The daily quick sketches are a cool idea, but I think your time may be better spent spreading out the amazing content you put out at the end of the month, week by week. Instead of putting out 8 images at the end of the month, maybe do 2 a week? But I am not sure how that would mess with your work flow. Either way, Keep up the great work!

I agree with J.K.'s comment. I believe you are doing well. I am satisfied with the number of monthly content postings you produce per month.

Quick Scetches can you find everywhere! High Quality means more time to create but who the hell cares about this! Doesn't people read the pledges correctly? It tells you to pay FOR PICS not FOR MONTHS! That's a huge difference if you pay a whole month and got a pic and a little announcement like "Sorry, guys! I've trouble to finish more pics so you have to wait a bit longer!" OR We have to wait a few weeks, get great pics and have to pay for them after they arrived! @Soloverse I agree a little bit with @Dag: If you can manage to upload pics in a regular way of time it would be easier for us to calculate our money over the months. Or you can send a message in which you tell us, how many pics you upload, maybe?

To be completely honest, I only expect a monthly update, be it written word or an image. Any deviation has often been reasonable, be it a leave of absence or a sudden surge of activity beyond the established norm. I think you're doing fine, but then again, I might just be insanely lenient.

The regular snapshots are likely a good step. Possibly consider spreading your paid images out throughout the month rather than a dump on the last day.

Dag

I think your doing a great job, the people that say that probably don’t understand your content and don’t like transformations. You put out some of the highest quality tf content and always include us in the decision making process. That’s all a good artist can do. Keep up the good work, I can’t wait for more cat girls.
