Valbaran Wiki Entry

It's still in progress, but there's 3000 words of new content for you guys to read. I'll be doing the same for all of the planets in the setting as time allows. I think that's enough work on the Wiki for the moment, I'll probably get to work remaking all those free Ebooks tomorrow, and after that I'll start work on some new content.
