Rough Cut Muscle Growth Sequence WIP

I have gotten several messages about the video player not working for some - We all kind of know that the Phone app is kind of sucky so - IF for some reason the player isn't working (on your phone through the app) try in the browser on your phone, or even better for the full experience - Pull it up on your laptop or desktop computer.
