This one took me longer than expected because I really struggled to get it to a place I was happy with. Even now, I'm still not totally satisfied with the end result, but I'm not sure what else I can do short of redrawing the entire thing from scratch. But hey! I started this comic to help me learn and practice dynamic action, so hopefully I can take what I learned from this one into the next page when I get to it.

I'm not a martial artist but I know Avatar's animators go out of their way to make fight moves look concise and grounded, despite the fantastical elements, so I tried my best to replicate that in comic form. I may have spent a little time swinging around a vacuum cleaner tube to figure out those hand movements 🤣
