To awnser your question momo doesn't mean pink it means peach the reason for this was back when sentai just started out there was a form of adult cinema in Japan called pink cinema so due to toei not wanting their new show to be affiliated with such content the pink ranger was dubbed momorenger instead of pinkrenger
