No Spoilers btw: Its highly recommended that you read the Tokyo Ghoul manga instead. The anime is an extremely rushed and bad adaptation of a great manga. They cut out so much story, dialogue and character development in the anime that it feels like a crime. They might as well be two completely different franchises that are the same in name only. The anime DOES have great music though, so ill give it that. So if you do decided to watch the anime, just know that if you read the manga you'll most likely end up hating the anime retroactively (at least that's what happened to me).
