$10 Tier Alt - Penelope the Bunny Witch!

Sadly she doesn't know how to cast spells that well and it can often times backfires, as can be seen here...
I wanted to make a character that primarily used purple in their color scheme and I really like how the final art came out. Have an amazing spooky season everyone!
