The plot will be similar: “The writer Paul Sheldon, having finished his next book, loses control of his car and crashes. In a snowy storm, he is saved by a girl living in the wilderness, former nurse Annie Wilkes, who also turns out to be number 1 fan. But gradually the writer realizes that in reality In fact, now he is a prisoner, since Annie is not at all as simple as she seems."
This story will appeal more to those who love stories about Miss Van Der Berg, since Paul will lose weight due to the fact that Annie deprives him of food. The former nurse herself will gain weight during the story, and by the end the difference between them will become very significant, Annie will show Paul that he is completely under her control.

Yes. I agree; Since it's been around, I still remember the film with "Annie Wilkes" quite well. (Kathy Bates; 1990) She was made for this role. But your Annie is much more beautiful! The idea is really delicious and certainly very erotic and also quite scary. The atmosphere in this beautifully decorated chalet in the snowy landscape. :-)
