Introducing the 'Designer'-pledge

By pledging on this tier, you'll be able to design and vote for game-content. For the currently developed Amazon Brawl - Hardcore, this will be the signature "Hardcore"-moves. Think of them like the Finisher from Mortal Kombat, only more sexy. They'll be better animated and more impactful than the regular moves.

This is how it's going to work: For each of the characters, there will be a time-period of one week to submit designs or ideas for Hardcore-Moves. You can post descriptions or images, whatever you feel like. I myself will also submit my own idea. After one week is over, I'll take the submissions and you guys can then vote on which move I'll actually make. Everyone has the same chance.

Keep in mind that I'll exclude any moves that I think won't fit the game (for example scat or guro). If there are more than 10 submissions, I'll take my favourite 10 and put those up to vote. It doesn't really make much sense for 20 people to submit 20 designs and each voting for their own submission.  In a case of a tie I'll choose one.

We'll start with the submissions for Aina's Hardcore-Move later today.

Ah cool, thanks :3

I already had access, and have been a patreon of $5 for awhile.

Hi, I'm new to the whole patreon thing and i was just wondering, i pledge $10 a month already, but i made this pledge before the new pledge-level, will i automatically have access to the new rewards or will i need to cancel my pledge and then pledge through the higher teir?

This post is not bound to any pledge-level, so everyone is able to read it. But I'd rather you not openly give the idea to someone on the blog, it would kind of defeat the purpose of the pledge-level. But then again, you are free to submit anything you want, so it's fine by me.

Thanks. I also just want to say, I didn't pledge for the last couple of years hoping for this, I'm just happy to support regardless! Will you be telling the non-patreon fans about this specifically? I'm only asking because if I have completeely no idea, I wouldn't mind giving up my idea to what I think is the best one someone suggests on your website, but I won't mention it otherwise.

In principle there is only one guideline: the move should fit the character and the game. Other than that, I'm open to any suggestions. Visually, the Hardcore-move will be bigger in size and can have different camera-angles.

Toffi-sama

Are there any other rules/guidelines you want following? For example the hardcore moves in PotR all involved items. Just wondering what you think distinguishes a Hardcore-Move from a normal one.
