🫶 Post Surgery 🫶
Added 2024-10-21 22:16:27 +0000 UTC-I'm home now guys. It was a successful Surgery. Just need to rest and go back tomorrow, after 7 days for follow up. And 2 more follow ups after
-my surgery lasted longer than expected cuz my case was a little more complicated but still manage to be a success
- I was kinda groggy going home , we noticed they switched my birkenstock slippers with someone else's birkenstock slipper lol. So on my follow up I'll have to return it
- was given pain medicine, ointments and antibiotics to take for 7 days
-my throat hurts from the intubation tube. So I can't swallow without it being painful. I can't fully breathe yet, I'm breathing through my mouth only. My body still has a little bit of anesthesia. I'll be feeling alot of pain once the anesthesia wears off completely.
- Yesterday after surgery I only ate 1 spoon of porridge and 2 sips of gatorade, had zero appetite . So I'll try to eat more today .
-needed some cotton swabs to clean my wounds but my mom over here making some swabs out of cotton and a scent stick 😭 i told her to please take it seriously I might get infection aghhhh. Anyway she'll go in a bit to the store to buy some sore throat medicine, cotton swabs and ice pack .. 6am right now but stores open 10am
-so far today drank gatorade and Yakult. Gonna continue eating porridge in a bit

2024-10-21 23:18:33 +0000 UTCGlad you're back home safe and surgery was successful Yep proper wound sterilization is important I can really recommend scar cream As long as there's silicone in it it should be beneficial Of course only once the doctors say it's ready And then moving and stretching it My scar healed wonderfully after each operation and that's what I did Anyways wishing you all the best
