Keep in mind that this is more about the "trigger" rather than the effects. Stuff like how long it takes, whether it is a gradual or sudden change, or whether it effects personality we can decide once the two options are chosen.
As there aren't a whole lot of people in these tiers, I won't be keeping this poll up too long, I'd rather get started on this stuff earlier rather than later.
