Technical difficulties

It has been more than 30 degrees celsius for weeks and it's really starting to bother me. I'm a goddamn Finn, summer should be that small blink of an eye among endless winter and even that should be mildly warm at best. I can't spend one hour outside before I either have serious sunburns or just simply start to boil from inside.

I'm really happy that I bought wacom, since I can keep on drawing using it, since the endless sweating makes it impossible to draw on paper, because after 10 minutes it's soaked. The real problem is, that I have the last pages for the Road service comic sketched, but I cannot ink them in these conditions. I can't use wacom on those pages either since it would change the outlook of the comic way too much. So we all have to wait a moment for those ending pages, damnit. I'll ink them as soon as the weather permits it, which should be next week if the weather report doesn't lie.

In the meantime, I'm going through my endless piles of sketches, scan them and ink them with wacom, praying that the winter would soon come.

Stay alive there! I know it's a lot more hotter to the south of Finland, and I can't imagine how hard it is in there.

With love, Oda

Hi there! First of all, I have to say, your drawing is not only the most perfect depiction of the current summer situation (in northern Germany we have 30 to 35 degrees celsius, even at 6 p.m. -.-), but it also reminds me of this classic piece of art: https://youtu.be/aopdD9Cu-So?t=30 Second, and I can only speak for myself, but do not worry and do not hurry or rush anything :-)
