Update of the scene between Nora and the Governor

Update of the scene:
Lines of all the drawings are ready, the base color phase has begun and around a half of the scene has them already (the ones I'm showing you).
As soon as I have more advances I will present them.
Like always thanks for your patiance, after this update I won't commission so many scenes of such lenght, that way I will be able to release the updates quicker. (The idea is to leave such lenghts to really special events).
