Releasing time of 0.16

Hello guys, how are you? I hope your week has been a good one.

Here I bring you the base colors of the first drawing you have seen already. The artist told me that he hasn't been able to scan the rest of the drawings due to a malfunction on his scanner (he does them at hand first). When I ask him an approximate date for the scene to be ready I didn't receive a concrete answer just that once the scanner is functioning again, the rest of the drawings will be ready quickly.

So here's the thing: Lots of you know already that in the past I had lots of problems with the original artist because he doesn't always deliver the drawings in the dates he tells me and when this happens there are times he doesn't even answer my messages. The most recent case of this was Chris scene in the bath that was added later instead of being released as it was intended. (Taking a month and half to be ready).

My intention is to release 0.16 during the 31st, with the hope that the scene will be ready by then. In case this doesn't happen, What do you want me to do?

-I could release the update without the scene and add it as soon as is ready.

-Give him 1 more week and upload the update. (This applies even if he didn't finish the scene). Being the new release date the 7th. of April.

-Wait until the scene is ready, no matter the time it takes. If it takes too long I could merge the update with 0.17 (being the secondary artist the one that would work all the new scenes).
