I guess I gotta give them props for really going there since they did open the ED door last season, but I wasn’t prepared for all this 🥴 Seeing Charlie navigate some of the experiences he’s had has been kind of healing for me in some ways, as it’s made me feel sad but compassionate for myself and hopeful for younger people growing up around this kind of media and messaging. I wonder how different things could’ve been for me if I’d been able to go to my parents and ask for help at 16. Instead I’m in my late 30s still trying to work all my shit out after a decade of therapy. I’d probably be less poor and less medicated! 😜🤑🤪
