I think they call her Lady Mary because she married below her station and her husband was untitled, that’s the only thing I could think of, especially because Kate and Edwina are both referred to as Miss, not lady. The “Lady” for Mary comes from her parents, not the Sharma family, so she is Lady Mary.

And the plan to keep them from even looking at each other has to be a joke because it should be glaringly obvious especially after the wedding debacle. They are the best-looking families and I get a massive serotonin hit during that cute dance and the twirl he gives her at the end. Take a shot each time Anthony says he is a gentleman and proceeds to not be. Even though it's on a tv show, I feel like I shouldn't be watching that gazebo scene which means its good!
