Added 2024-07-27 08:15:39 +0000 UTCI've been trying to be proactive. The pandemic changed my life in ways I forget. I was shooting so infrequently that I was not really reaching out to people to work together. Every two weeks or so somebody would reach out, and I would have been quarantined to spend time with a partner...I didn't have a ton of time.
I realize things have been different for a while now, but I sort of forgot the most important part of working with new people is reaching out to them. Its always so awkward approaching somebody new to shoot. I don't want to sound cocky, or presumptuous about whether or not they would like to shoot
But I love working with new people.
So I have to get over it. Or get back to it.
Serinna had been working with Nicole for a while and I finally reached out. This was our very first shoot and she was absolutely incredible. Already planning a second one for the Lady series with Nicole. Her poses and facial expressions were just so awesome, and this simple shoot created some images that have left me feeling so invigorated.
I'm shooting a lot again, maybe more than I ever have
