Tazia Diana, Kayla Coyote, Dahlia Datura and Vaunt for Into the Wild
Added 2019-03-31 03:30:56 +0000 UTCAll months are whirlwinds I guess. I can't think of one that I would describe in any other way since I finished high school. Back in January Tazia, Kayla, Dahlia, Ashley French (incredible photographer) and all of their partners came up to our new place in Portland to basically break it in, and find inspiration in this new place.
And we did. In just two days I took over 2,000 photos. We built bridges, suspended in the trees, shot indoors, outdoors, and places that are kind of both. The afternoon of the second day we went over to the woods that I had barely explored and photographed in even less to all shoot, and it was incredible. Every tree on the other side of the creek seems magical in its own way. Moss and Ivy climb from the forest floor hundreds of feet up, and it is at the bottom of these trees standing and falling we created. Chasing the light through the forest until sunset.
I will forever treasure these days as I feel like it started us off running here in Portland to create and learn the land to one day teach.
