Lillias Right and Rose Juniper for Into the Wild
Added 2019-02-13 02:00:00 +0000 UTCI'm still hoping this will not be my last shoot up at my favorite waterfall here in the North West. Nicole and I have tried on three occasions to make it here, but each time ran into a complication that prevented us from making it. I've probably been back 10 times without her, which she is not entirely pleased by.
But if this had to be the last time I can not complain. This trip to Portland to stay with Lillias, and then our trip with Rose out to the falls was the trip that we accidentally happened upon our new home. The trip Lillias met Rose, which led to them becoming roommates. The trip we created some of my favorite images at Panther Creek Falls before the trail was closed.
Working with Lillias and Rose is always a dream. Two intensely talented friends that I feel eternally grateful to know and work. Under the mist of waterfalls they make intensely cold water, and uncomfortable rocks look like places one could feel at peace when really its me awkwardly trying to shout over thousands of gallons roaring water, and not fall to my death as they look on.
