How did I get here. Its September of this year, and I'm on a plane to Rio where I will be for three weeks of the most intense, most remote travel I have done for creating. Two years ago an incredible photographer reached out to me about attending our Arctic Nude workshop in Iceland. Her work was absolutely breathtaking.
Flash forward and Tielly is presenting her work, and the story of her work on the first day of the workshop, and I am completely moved. The week goes by. Tielly, Nicole, and and I are getting drinks at Mikeller, and we decided that we needed to plan a trip to Brazil. Tielly inspires you to think bigger, to explore places you might not have otherwise.
She got us to Brazil, and she got us to places we'd never imagined.
I don't think its possible to sum up our experiences in Brazil in one post.
Three weeks, 14 flights, boat trips to remote sand dunes, car trips to remote forests, and an incredible amount of hospitality made these images that at times felt impossible possible.
I had to create a travel diary type post just to keep up with the story of where we were, and what we were doing. Our crew Lillias Right, Pure Rebel, Nicole Vaunt, and Tielly Ogura created and created pushing ourselves harder and further for each image.
I hope you all enjoy Brazil and the art we created as much as I have creating it.
