Almost a year ago now, we spent a weekend doing a little stay in town artist retreat.
We all arrived and spent two days shooting photos, hanging out, eating and relaxing...something I think most of us rarely do. The thing about being a freelancer especially in our world is that there is always something to do. Emails, social media, website updates, prints to ship, more emails, two other social media sites, trips to book, traveling, and then shooting, sorting, editing, printing, and posting photos.
Somewhere in there we make breakfast and coffee, and feed ourselves the other meals we remember.
I remember the day we shot these photos was the first day we all sat down and looked at the very first draft of Temperance. It was a cloudy winter day, rain came briefly, but we created through it
