I'm planning some special stuff for 0.1.9, first of all the initial content with our mage girl, Gwen. She will be the star of the next release. Gwen will play an important role in the protagonist's path, guiding him and... Without giving too much spoiler, teaching the item enchantments.
This is the most mechanical part of the thing, 0.1.9 will have the item enchantment system, which should take the focus from "go to a new area, get more powerful items and keep going!" to "Buy the items you like, enchant them, and do it with whatever spells/enchantments you prefer!".
I find this much more interesting, and I would have implemented it before, but we needed to get to the right point in the story to get that.
More than that, I plan some hot scenes for the next release, of course, with our artist's work to spice things up! But I won't spoil things, although I will certainly post some previews throughout the month before the release.
