Lillias Right for Temperance

I've been having an internal debate about Temperance for a while now.  How to handle my Patreon posts for the series, and how to continue the series.  I've had a few shoots for it recently that I am still very happy with, but right now its just not my focus.  I feel like I am running out of things to say, and I fear I'm running out of ways to shoot.

I don't want to bore you all with the same story over and over about the complications of shooting with mirrors, my lens selection, and the way I light the series.  None of that really changes.  Every shoot is a challenge.  I contort my body climb on furniture, lift heavy mirrors, and generally run around like a sort of mad man to continue getting unique images for this series.  I'm leaning towards beginning to post these shoots without commentary.

I'm still very happy with how my shoots have been going for Temperance though, so I'm not ready to make a huge change.  Nicole has suggested that I switch out the wall paper, add more mirrors, or add more props.  All things I intend on doing except for maybe the wall paper thing.  We'll see with only about three years of growth in this series its hard to say what will happen.

I'd love to hear from you all on this.  Fear of being stagnant is one thing that I believe plagues all of us as artist.

Have you tried shooting in the space with natural light, candles, low light? There are so many possibilities with props and conditions, so if you are feeling it's becoming strangnent, then make some drastic changes for a few shoots. Drape some new cloths along the room? The photo works are looking great none the less ^_^

I'd say if it has a theme it is just exploring fetish/eroticism. Sort of experimenting more with how you can push a camera to create these images using super low depths of field, mirrors, light. While I'm focusing on shooting my We Were Wanderers I love shooting Temperance, and it helps me stay sharp while I am off the road.

Is there an underlying theme or story to this series? If you have previously discussed I must have missed it!
