Sorry i ts been a bit qiet for some time.
I barely could sleep for the last two weeks due to random panic atacks.. i'm not sure what caused it.
I still have to pay a visit to the doctor in a few days to make sure this isn't something serious.
Other than that, the final leap for my very desired goal was ruined at the last moment.
My mind is in shambles but i already worked my way through the worst.
I want to say thank you to everyone who supported me during this tough momment.
And thank you for all the nice comments you made, i very much love to read you opinion!

Read you into Vitamin D, K2, B complex, Magnesium etc. Nutriants are rare these days in normal food, unfortunate. Most of the peope in modern societies have very low values of these needed things. Modern life has not only good sides. It helped a lot of people i know who suffered from such things. It also made them more stable in stressfull days, taking them a bit easier. It's not cheap though, health system won't pay stuff that really helps, because of reasons... I wish you all best and keep your head up. Your work is so amazing.
