Benefits Q&A Session

In some exit surveys we've noticed for most their financial situation just changes is all. For some though they genuinely do not know how to access their benefits or understand what their benefits are.

As the manager of this service I want to be there for you all to address your concerns and questions. I feel I did a pretty descent job of outlining the scope of your benefits in the description of the tiers, but maybe I skipped over some details. I am fallible as a person so please before you consider unsubscribing bring your concerns or questions to me here or via DMs. I am here for you all.

Some commonly-asked questions I get asked I will provide some quick answers to here below in case that helps anybody.

What is your role in FHFW?

Personally I am the business owner and manager. I am far from perfect but I am the one who keeps the gears turning in the business. I host the polls, send out the reward messages, and make sure all six artists on our team get paid with updates and stats on how the business is doing. I do 100% of all the legwork outside any efforts the artists make to advertise the business themselves. I work on this in addition to my day job I work fulltime in addition to almost constant overtime. I handle advertising, accounts payable, HR, public relations, customer service, and manage our Patreon and Gumroad accounts personally. I handle the nitty-gritty aspects that enable the artists to focus solely on the pure creativity aspects of the service. At the end of the day I leveraged my personal network to build this business but its about the artists not me. I just help keep the gears turning nothing more. The vast majority of the funds you give to subscribe to this service all go towards the artists. Eventually we will push to keep me in the background so the business can stand on its own legs. As it honestly should be. I do very much believe in the mission of FHFW and support it whole-heartedly. I even want to contribute to the monthly content you enjoy. FHFW is at its very core a love letter to the extreme fetish community at large. Proof that kinks as niche as scat, farting, and watersports can be capable of doing great and fantastic things as mainstream kinks. So far I feel like we've done exactly what we have set out to do. The love and support you have all given is just overwhelming. It makes everything I have tried to set up all worth it at the end of the day.

Can I have X-month's artpack please?

Here is the official outline for how we sell and release artpacks. At the end of every month I release a Patreon-only post announcing the release of the art pack that everyone active is charged for. I then send out a message with a link the the artpack to everyone ACTIVE who were charged for the submission outside of Smudge tier members. Just a Smudge is purely a donation tier for people that only want to show appreciation, NOT receive the benefits of Bronze-tier and above.

So lets say I have charged everyone for January's Artpack on the 28th of the month, but you joined the 29th of the month and ask for a link to the artpack. Unfortunately I cannot give you the link because you were never charged for the artpack. You can buy the artpack on Gumroad when it releases just a day or two later from the Patreon premier and then benefit from contributing to the next artpack you are charged for. Same goes for people who per-say joined in February or March and ask for January's artpack. Every artpack is separate and charged for separately so its not fair to anyone buying anything off of Gumroad to just give a link to a previous artpack to someone on Patreon they never were charged for. As the account manager I can see the exact date you joined and when you were charged, if at all yet. This goes into my decision when giving links. If you have provenly supported us for that month and are having trouble accessing the pack I will gladly help you. Otherwise you can wait till the next month to support us or if you rather you can go to Gumroad to buy the month's artpack you really want the most. The decision is up to you, we just cannot bend our rules for anyone.

What are my benefits?

Please read the description of your tier to its entirety. The smudge, Bronze, Silver, and Gold tiers all have a thorough description of what they offer. Please take the time to read through them and then ask me if you have any specific questions the description may have not answered.
