We managed to infiltrate the Town Hall at last. I suspected cult activity within the walls, since I saw a stream of residents come in, and from the outside walls I would hear chanting. I could feel myself fall onto a stupor which means I should upgrade the ear-pieces of our agents...
At the entrance to the main hall there's a large guard wielding a staff. Attempts at engaging him directly resulted in Agent Dergotaru getting captured, almost right away. That glowing eye ontop of his blindfold feels rather dangerous, looking at it directly might cause the same stupor that odd chanting does...
Still figuring out a way to extract him without attracting much attention.
