Another wave of taking down artists ?

Hi ! I logged in today to send a few links as usual, and I noticed that my Unifans is dead because they got hit with SFW rules and all of a sudden anything NSFW on their site has become illegal, and now I also see that Fanbox announced something called "3D Secure 2.0" for credit card authentication from the freaking ministry of economy?

Looks like I'm going to need and figure out a new way to produce Ellie content, or just do other characters... If anybody knows some good alt...

ExW - RRH is Rendering ! - Update

Hi everybody ! I'm proud to announce that I've completed the "side project" of mine that as usual got a little bit too ambitious again. Red Riding Hood featuring Ellie and Bolt was a halloween idea that I thought was really cool.

My biggest bottleneck is the attention to detail. On one side, I'd like to produce content faster (for myself primarily), but on the other side, if there are visible details missing, it makes me feel like my art doesn't look as good as I want it to. ...

Update - RRH Previews!

Hi! I`m happy to share two new previews from the next side project. New rigs work nicely for posing and such, and I almost completed the mini comic to accompany the new animation loop.

I also got my hands on a new Wolf model, and I`m really glad because hair grooming is such a chore! I`ve tried countless times to groom in Blender, and I don`t know how big movies do it. I really can`t wait to put out more content now even more!

November update! - Next gen rigs and side project

Hello everybody! Sorry for missing for a few months. Had lots of stuff to do. Without further ado, I wanted to make a halloween special short animation with young Ellie model and Bolt. I learned a lot of new things about blender, and just had to redo my models and rigs. Previews included on proton drive, in the new Red Riding Hood folder ^^

I dont have much time recently, but any second I can spare on my projects are well worth it! I cant wait to finish my side project called...

ExW - Adventures #1 - Comic update !

Hi! I'm happy to announce that so far, comic production is going extremly well. By now, I already have 83 renders ready, and it's probable that this one will hit 100. Without spoilers, the comic will feature the begining a new story for Part II Ellie and Bolt, where they live in her Jackson room from the second game.

The good part is that the second game in my lore never took place, hence why the comic name is Adventures #1. I always imagined that this game could've been some...

Testing UniFans, an alternative platform

Remember my Ko-Fi update? Turns out it sucks :( There is no way to manage your subscribers, meaning I'd have to individually send a message with each new release. On top of that, the platform doesn't actually offer transactions, so technically you send me money directly from your paypal to mine. Not very private is it?

Honestly, if I could I would only use Fanbox, because it really is the best platform. Currently, only already existing users can still use Paypal or Credit car...

Book Club - Update !

"Mountain Hideout" Comic is rendering !

Hi! I have finally finished the 3D for the comic. Now all I have to do is render it out, then do a little compositing, add the script into speech bubbles, and release it :)

The comic features around 90 pages, more or less, because I reserved a few pages for story purposes. All images are rendered in 4k 21:9 resolution, at 1540 sample count. On average, it takes 20-40 minutes per image, so I will need around 2 days to render it, because about half is already done.

Hi! Apologies for another long posting delay. My internet was out for about 2 weeks, and some problems still occur... But that doesn't stop me from spending time on my projects :P

Hi ! So first of all, I'm happy to announce that the animation is currently rendering. I expect to post it around saturday / sunday. This one needs 80 hours to render completly in 4K, 400 samples, and compositing, all done in Blender.

In order to make this render possible, I managed to find on sale not far from me, a rtx 3090 for 500$ used for mining, and it works flawlessly. I needed 15 Gb of VRam for this scene, and the renders are also faster. That price for such a gpu was...
