The audio of an upcoming motion comic featuring Quiet from Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain!
While waiting for her target, the legendary Big Boss, Quiet feels a needling urge to poop. But when he appears in her crosshairs, she sets aside her needs to finish the job. Unfortunately, painful gas and stomach aches are affecting her aim.

Since the storytelling might be difficult to make out for non-MGSV fans, I'll explain some of the confusing bits. SPOILERS!
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
In Episode 11 of The Phantom Pain, Quiet and Venom Snake square off at Aabe Shifap Ruins in Afghanistan. This story takes place during that mission.
Quiet is incapable of speech, but can communicate with basic throat sounds, including humming.
The use of "Take on Me" is a game mechanic where players can use a cassette tape to customize their helicopter. When entering a mission a or calling in air support, the song will play to herald the arrival of the helicopter.
The "slow motion" bit at the end is called "Reflex Mode." It's a mechanic where, when spotted by an enemy, the game logic slows down and the player has a chance to incapacitate or kill the soldier who spotted them to avoid an alert phase.
