I think the experience of hearing some music or nature can be very soothing.... I thought I would offer both this time. My one question is I don't think there's a way to make the binaurals work is they're not typically silent. But subliminals do work.

The reason for the headset is for the binaural beats to work because they work by playing a different tone in each ear. So you need the binaural effect. I do recommend a headset for the fact that I also play affirmations in each ear a little differently. But you will always have benefit by listening whether you have a headset or not.
