February 2023 Status Report

For those of you who haven't read my author's notes on Royal road, allow me to put it simply : I was moving in to the new place I bought. Then my father went fucking crazy and had a fixation on having the attic remade. He ended up winning the debate with my family, somehow, convincing my mother to back him. Which ends up with me having to evacuate my new place for the workers to do their work. So, in summary, I just spent the last few days moving my stuff back to my old place (which I had already spent several days moving in previously), which is worst than ever (I'm writing this while listening to the cacophony of my neighbours), and I spent a giant pile of money for the privilege of being kicked out and having to wait up to two months for my father's fucking ego project. Needless to say I am absolutely livid, and hadn't it been for my girlfriend I most assuredly would have resorted to violence and harm, probably against myself.
So yeah. I'll do my best to keep writing and uploading, but I am in a terrible state so I simply cannot make any guarantees.
Hopefully things will get better...but things have gotten nothing but worst for four months straight now, so I'm not hopeful. At all.

A few weeks for the guys to prepare and I have to evacuate everything, and then a month of them doing the actual work. Which might be extended, you know how it is with this bullshit. And what he wants is a fucking ego project.

Because as it sounds to me, he probably means well but is clearly hurting you - and i cant imagine that is what he whants.
