0.24 Progress

I finished up everything related to improving the current battle system.
Here's a bit of the updates related to that, I may add a few more things today before moving on.

# - Put together most of the battle system. It's gun based, shoot your foes to oblivion and avoid being defeated yourself.
# - Added sound effects and damage numbers to battle.
# - Tweaked a few more of the battle mechanics. Firing Bullets drains your stamina. This gives the gameplay more of a stamina management aspect.
# - Damage dealt in evasion switch is lowered to 70%. Damage dealt during defense mode is lowered to 50%. Nerfed offense mode damage to +25% instead of +50%.
# - Nerfed the amount of stamina (from 5x fatigue to 3 x per)
# - 0 stamina results in less damage dealt during battles. (20% less)
# - Firing rates and reloading times now come into play during combat.

# - Added stamina regeneration to the combat.
# - Placed in the new battle system and worked out a few kinks.
# - Fixed an issue where potions would not get consumed properly.
# - Made the enemies a bit harder to defeat in the Cavern and Beach stages.
# - Updated status screen so that you can see your current level cap as well as current level.(in red).
# - Further tweaked some elements of battle.
# - Added new enemies in the other stages.
# - You now gain small amounts of experience towards your training level by defeating enemies.
# - You now gain small amounts of alchemy experience by recycling items.



With all of this in mind my next focus will be the thing you all voted the most for, more lewd content!

My plan for the game was to have roughly 2-3 "places" where players can experience various events. When bonding, when chatting, and exploring as well as other times. My goal for this release is to add 2-3 more lewd events and other story related events for each of the current homs.

Now that the battle system is in place, I can also flesh out a bit more of the story aspects and expand on some other things.

Beyond that:
- Tower Core System. This is a major part of the game and it will allow the player access to an upgrade tree. This upgrade tree will allow you to improve nearly every aspect of how the game is played. From battles, to gathering and even relating with other NPCs.

-Enhance the Alchemy System - Rather than just making items, the player will be able to create items that have certain effects attached to them. This can only be done when the player creates items using materials. For example, you could then create a Health Potion with enhanced healing properties instead of the "stock" version. This was always my intention and now that I'm more familiar with Python and Ren'py I believe it won't be too difficult to implement.

- Zone Exploration - Eventually my goal is to add multiple enemies in each zone, some level variance, and the ability to experience events while in certain zones. There should also be the ability for the player to take a break in zones to experience these events as well.

Based on how much time I have left to work on 0.24, some elements of the three aspects mentioned above may already begin to appear in the game.

Once these 3 major elements of gameplay have been included / improved upon, everything else will be centered around making the game more interesting and fun -- and trust me I haven't even begun to scratch the surface of Hom Factory's story.

I'll be working on adding more exciting content, as much as I can during the next few days. I'll release at 4/30 at the latest, but hopefully sooner.
