Devlog - 13th Jan - Progress V2.10

Hi,

in the last few days I have started with the Assets for Episode 2.10 "The Drengar Conspiracy"

As I play tested V2.00 in parallel, I noticed a point that bugged me more and more. Bots provide a nice passive source of income, but Bounty and especially Trading are manually managed. With the Player Base one would expect that at least trading would be easier.

For that reason the next few days I want to implement an auto trading concept along the following lines

That was a bit much text but in a few days I can show the module in action.

If it works out, I'm thinking about releasing a 2.05 update (starting with VIP from end of the month as usual...) which has the autotrading, some QoL changes, some non-quest related NSFW additions, Khelara's progressive uniform (first stages, ...) and more. Save game compatible to V2.00.

After that I'll go for the 2.10 Quest content.

The trading concern is a valid point. that's why I'll not make it very complex, just building on market, pricing and buy and sell code already existing. In a few days at most I'll know whether it works out... As to the bots: you can always use a gen 1, 2 for lower IQ spread :)

I would advice against it, making a good trade system takes a lot of work, and we are at the end of this games development. It won't add much to the overall experience. Remember scope creep. Use your energy on the next project in line ;) On a parallel note, do you know how hard it is to get AI cores that does not exceed 140 IQ... ermahgerd! It is all well and fine with IQ boosters, why do we not have IQ nerfers! XD

I never use the Hanger so your new idea might be a really good idea. Xenos is now the only option for acquiring Voron Beacons? Good idea too. I see no reason to go to that universe - unless you need beacons - as soon as you have the weapons, map and the envoy.
