it seems these days many companies expand their TOC. Patreon just informed all creators that games (a) should make clear all characters are of age and (b) using the likeness of a real person / character need to get that persons agreement.
Point (a) is good and high time I think if considering some anime games out there on the edge.... Point (b) might put quite a few games under pressure I suppose, especially those who are a too close parody of some movie or universe.
Can already think about how to name and design my characters for Witches College now... ;)

PS: On a side note I have worked a few days with Affinity Photo instead of Adobe now and it is great! Costs around 35$ currently with 50% off. Full offline and one time.

How point (a) is any good? It's all work of fiction, if you don't like something - don't play it, geez.
