Dev-Log - 19th of May - Progress 1.40

the last few days I mostly worked on
boring coding issues such as eliminating crash probabilities with tooltip overlay / screen refreshes
assets needed for 1.40 (e.g. Voron Exploration Drone, Replicator Parts, ...)
loot sites in the Waystation System
On a side note I reworked the Galaxina logic.
Every view now immediately gives a new Episode,
if no Episodes are left a random rerun is shown AND
you can now find new episodes in loot or space events (embeds it more into the overall mechanics)
I'll post a Galaxina Pinup in the VIP/Upper Tier section soon.
P.S. Please note a patch for CR-1054 in This Post if you experienced crashes when making your MV pod. (occasionally happen when you have the Yutani Bot Investment....)

P.P.S: I'm aiming for a release of 1.40 DEV to the Beta Team by end of May

Left click reverses / initiates rollback if your mouse accidentally is on the tiny "Back" at the bottom of the screen. could that have been the cause? Especially as in a VM window the "bottom" isnt really the bottom of your screen, so the mouse could be easily there...?

2024-05-19 11:12:13 +0000 UTCOne remark: I have had a strange effect with running this under Win10 in VirtualBox. At some points, left-click to advance seems to reverse progress. This may be related to sequences of faster clicks and happens somewhere in the middle of the sequence. Pressing space always works as expected. Not a severe issue, but maybe some parameter/library tuning could fix this and make it overall more resilient.
