EDIT: I'm really attacked by some tenacious space bugs :)
If you are in Arellarti Plaza with T'Ris to talk to the Pet Owner in the Find Seraphine Quest, you must talk with him about "Rumours" before you return to the ship, or T'Ris will be "gone" (CR-0561)
Issue can also be recovered if you go alone outside after T'Ris is gone and talk to the pet owner.
Will fix it soon for EA2c, but for the time being please observe above issue.

there was an issue discovered in V0.9 Early Access 2 (V0.9 EA2a), which prevented continuation of the "Missing Parts" Quest with Nimhe.
I had to touch a few different places for the fix, so I created a new distribution V0.9 EA2b.
The links in the EA Release Info Post have been updated and you can download it from there.
EA2b is fully save game compatible to EA2a. Just load your save game and continue with your play.
