Dev-Log 20.02. - Extended Location "Lower Deck"

while waiting on feedback for the V0.3 Early Access Release (looking good so far) I started with the new locations planned for V0.4.
- Science lab (where Nimhe assembles her bots)
- Holodeck (for more flexibility later)
- Crew 1 & 2 (for the Hyperspace Navigator, which will join later and some other crew function...)
- Seraphine (aka Space Irith...) will be in Guest Room 2 on the Upper Deck
