Please tell me how you would like to be acknowledged within the pages of Delilah Dirk Four!

Here is a link to a Google Form that will collect the information I need.

The acknowledgements will be presented as a naval "butcher's bill." Imagine a great sea battle has happened, and many sailors have died or been injured. In the aftermath, captains would have to prepare reports detailing who had died and who had been injured. This was the "butcher's bill." A half-decent example is here.

In the form linked above, you'll tell me how I know you on Patreon, the name that you would like to see in the acknowledgements (or "anonymous"), and whether you died in battle or were wounded (you specify the wound). I will assign you a naval rank (from "seaman" to "first lieutenant"). Readers will understand exactly how much you have sacrificed in the name of King and Country—er, I mean comic books.

In keeping with the fiction of a butcher's bill, it would be my own personal preference to list you by your IRL meatspace name; something that looks like "firstname lastname." Or, of course, anonymously. That said, if you feel strongly that I use your screen name, that's an option on the form, too, and that is how you will appear in the acknowledgements!
