I’m specifically thinking about the *relaxation-oriented* times when one would hope the mind would shut down and let everything go. My mind plays tricks on me, acting like it’s switched off until suddenly “*GASP* what about this or that”, like it’s fighting to stay on high alert, looking out for “danger” 😒😅
