Proof of Life #282: Right around the corner

Hello everyone!

So, I'll skip the usual formalities as this is more of an announcement than a proof of life.

I’m getting really close. I’ve basically finished everything, and all that remains are two freeroam events to add and to beat the last TT opponent so the save 100 has everything completed without bugs.

I was sure I’d be able to release the new update this weekend, but the end of the week has been… rough. For those who don’t know, look up what’s happening with payment processors and Itch.io and Steam. I haven’t been affected besides my game being delisted as most others, but it’s always disheartening to see adult dev are always the moral police’s favorite punching bag because we’re an easy target.

Anyway, I thought I could handle it just fine, but the cumulation of that, the lack of sleep, some small irl issues that suddenly arose, and the stress of trying to finish the new update ASAP kind of lead to a slight… panic attack? I’m not sure, but I got suddenly overly stressed out and really tired at the same time on Friday evening, so I had to rest for most of the evening and take it a bit easier over the rest of the weekend.

Anyway, about the release date, it’ll mostly depend on the artists because both freeroam events will have custom animations and sprites. Personally, I should be able to finish everything by Wednesday morning, so if I get the sprites by then, it’ll be out by that day, but we’ll see. I’ll keep you updated in the comments.

PS: as a little bonus, I added the finished animation of a butt being groped. Is it Ulrod’s butt, or is it Cyanna’s? Who knows~
