Proof of Life #234: Getting there
Added 2024-08-12 13:49:14 +0000 UTCHeya you beautiful people out there, how is it going in this fine morning/afternoon/evening? I'm sure it's now going a lot better thanks to this PoL. It has to. There's no other way. Monday Pols are the ultimate mood makers, everyone knows that.
So, it's as the title said, I'm getting there. I'm currently making the last scene, which required a load of explaining stuff to artists left and right because I kept coming up with new ideas, so it got delayed a little. I'm exploring a new dynamic between Haylen and Jazon to use during their more intimate moments, and it requires some really specific animations to work as I imagined it.
After the scene is done and tested, I'll have to restest everything and add the freeroams, but I'm pretty sure I'll be done with everything this week if I don't die (we got a bump in the mega-earthquake risk this week here in Japan). This update took longer than expected, as with everything I ever do gamedev-wise, but I'll stick to my word and upload a poll very soon to ask you guys if you want 1)a release as soon as the update is done with 2-3 new Haylen-related freeroams or, 2)me taking an extra week to add more freeroams with other characters, main ones, side ones, NPCs, randoms, I'll see what fits more (accessible to Grunt(5$) tier and above), so look forward to that ; )

For you're next game after HC3 and before HC4 did you plan to make an original story or to create a NTR version of a story like anime or video game?

2024-08-14 07:02:09 +0000 UTCFrom what I understood, the risk got bumped from like 0.45% to ~0.8%. So even though it's doubled, it's still pretty damn low. Still, you got a lot of people freaking out about it and stockpiling basic necessities like it's 2020 all over again. Apparently, some Twitter bots predicted a big earthquake on the 14.08 of 2024 a few years ago, so we'll see^^

2024-08-12 21:23:56 +0000 UTCKind of torn on this one, as I would love to see some free roam events with Cyanna. But I also can't wait to get my hands on this update. Personally, I feel like you should just do what you think is best. That you should release the update when you feel like it's ready.

2024-08-12 17:07:13 +0000 UTCDamn, i don't know which one i should choose, i guess "extra week" means that you'll finish the game sometime this week and then the Update will be released a week from that day (duh), so i guess my question is, can you finish the Update before Thursday ? Cause i'm leaving next Thursday and i won't be back for a...considerable amount of time. If the release IS before next Thursday then i'm all for more freeroam events, if not then...the answer is still the same cause i want new scenes for Rose and Cyanna, but i just want you to know that i'll be very sad during the voting period.
