Proof of Life #163: Almost done with Haylen
Added 2023-01-23 23:00:01 +0000 UTCHello guys and gals, N_Taii here live from PoL news, the best channel to let you know about the current state of HC3, what has been worked on, and what still remains to be done. As with most of these posts, I haven't got a whole lot to say, so I'll keep it straight to the point.
I'm currently working on the last part of Haylen's quest, her H scene. As I've said in the past, those tend to take slightly more time to make, so it should be a few days before it's entirely implemented in the game. After that, I'll add the final details, like updating the quest board, add a few extra edits here and there, etc...
Once everything has been done, I can finally test the entire update and make sure it's as bug and typo-free as possible. Only after that can I start using all the remaining time to add new interactions with the main and side-characters. I've already added+updated all the new random NPC interactions during every single timeframe, but I really wanted to keep anything related to Haylen, Lily, Cyanna, and Rose for the very end, so I can use the remaining time as efficiently as possible.
I have written in a comment somewhere that the release should be somewhere between the 27th and 30th. I'd say it's more likely to be around the 29th and 30th, so I have more time to flesh out the new interactions and maybe add more of them.

2023-01-24 21:21:40 +0000 UTCThey do, but they stop glowing as soon as you click on them, and then resume glowing once the text has disappeared. I had to do it this way because of how the game works, and trying to keep them glowing while you check them out was kind of complicated.

2023-01-24 19:31:29 +0000 UTCFor now, all scenes with Haylen and Lily in Update 2 are tied to a freeroam event, so 3 in total (although they are pretty small, and one ends up being replaced by another later on). I want to add a few more if I can before the release.

2023-01-24 02:06:48 +0000 UTCI had a question prior to the PoL but i'm pretty sure the picture attached to it has already answered it, i was gonna ask whether you added freeroam events with the 4 girls or not, like the one we have right now with Haylen on Soldath evenings in her room.
