Kiras Bites the Dust counters Za Warudo, King Crimson counters any plan Josuke can come up with Crazy Diamond, and Made in Heaven speeding up time isn't even a direct attack so Giorno (more than likely) can't counter it. Although that last one is a little tricky to think about.
