Miss Golden Week does not have a devil fruit. Her ability is just something that she has. We are not sure if it’s herself that has the power or if it comes from the paint that she has. It’s like how Jango can hypnotize people despite not having a devil fruit. Jango was able to hypnotize people after eating the top of a mushroom that began growing on his beard( that is what his beard is, it is the stalk of a mushroom.)
