Ohh thats interesting okay! Good to know that me and oda are on the same page for this one haha! TRUE rival friends is a thing lol, this just felt a lot more anger/hate driven than we had ever seen before lol so it was kinda a HUGE change in their dynamic so quickly

2024-05-29 17:32:14 +0000 UTCLuffy isn’t the kind of person to think things over. He just goes for whatever he thinks in the moment a lot of the time. Just like the Arlong situation, he saw Nami crying and screaming about him. And luffy thought, “So that Arlong guy is who made my friend feel like this? Alright, let’s go kick his ass!” He knew nothing about Nami’s backstory involving him.
